The specialism
Bungalows are the perfect multi-split home
Most installers treat a bungalow like any other job. It isn’t — it’s the best-case installation, and specialising in them means yours is designed around those advantages.
Short runs
Every room is at ground level, so refrigerant pipework and cabling stay short — better efficiency, lower cost, less to go wrong.
No scaffold
All the work happens at low level. No scaffolding, no roof ladders, no access charges hidden in your quote.
One condenser
A single outdoor unit, positioned discreetly, serves the whole home — not a box on every wall.
Tidy finish
Low-level trunking follows the building line, sealed neatly — an install you don’t notice until you feel it.
What I do
Installation, servicing, repairs — one pair of hands
No subcontractors and no sales team. The person who surveys your home designs the system, installs it and answers the phone afterwards.
Multi-split installation
One outdoor unit, up to five rooms, each with its own control. Designed, installed and commissioned properly.
Learn moreServicing & maintenance
Annual servicing that keeps systems efficient, healthy and inside their warranty terms.
Learn moreRepairs & fault-finding
Not cooling, leaking, iced up or flashing an error code? Methodical diagnosis, honest advice.
Learn moreHeating with air conditioning
The same system heats your home in winter — several units of heat for every unit of electricity.
Learn moreOne system, all year
Air conditioning that pays its way in January
Every system I install is a heat pump as well. Run it in reverse and it delivers several units of heat for each unit of electricity — efficient warmth in winter from the same discreet unit that cools you in July.
Summer
Cool, dry, quiet
Whole-home cooling with each room set to its own temperature — bedrooms at 19°, living room at 22°. Modern indoor units run at a whisper, and dehumidify as they cool.
Winter
Fast, efficient heat
Air-to-air heat pump mode warms a room in minutes and typically delivers 3–4 kW of heat per kW of electricity — a fraction of the running cost of plug-in electric heaters.
How it works

FAQs
Questions people ask first
What is a multi-split air conditioning system?
One outdoor unit connected to several indoor units — typically two to five — so each room gets its own quietly controlled temperature from a single, discreet condenser outside. It cools in summer and heats efficiently in winter.
Why do you specialise in bungalows?
Single-storey homes are the ideal multi-split installation: every room sits at ground level, so pipe and cable runs are short, no scaffolding or high-level access is needed, and the whole install is neater, quicker and better value. The shorter the refrigerant run, the better the system performs.
Can one outdoor unit really run my whole home?
In most bungalows, yes. A modern multi-split outdoor unit can serve up to five indoor units, each independently controlled. The free survey confirms the right capacity for your rooms before anything is quoted.
How disruptive is the installation?
A typical bungalow multi-split is installed in one to two days. Dust sheets go down, pipework runs low along the outside wall in neat trunking, and each indoor unit needs only a small sealed hole through the wall. You get a full clean-up and a working handover before I leave.
How much does it cost?
Every home is different, so I don’t quote blind — the survey is free and the written quote that follows is fixed. No day rates, no surprises, and no obligation.
